We are currently looking for new team members to join our Bordeaux Airport team. If you have experience in customer service, enjoy providing high-quality service, and are motivated by sales, this is your chance!

WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY TASKS BE?

• You will be the first point of contact with our customers, offering personalized and friendly service, because at OK we value excellence in customer care from the very first moment.
• You will advise and guide customers through our range of products, sharing your knowledge to ensure the best choice and experience.
• You will manage rental contracts in a fast, clear, and efficient manner, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
• You will boost additional sales by offering complementary products and services that enhance the customer experience.
• You will handle the reception and inspection of returned vehicles, making sure everything is in order so the customer ends their experience with us fully satisfied.

WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR YOU TO JOIN THE OK TEAM?

• That you have experience in sales and are motivated by having goals to achieve.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• An organized, flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented person who enjoys working in a team.
• A valid driving license.
• Advanced level of English. Other languages are a plus.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Permanent contract (CDI)
• Monthly salary: €1,833 to €3,000 gross (fixed + variable)
