Role Overview
As our Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our day-to-day operations, fostering our company culture and lead a team. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals seeking a challenging role in their careers and who possess a strong passion for both people and processes.
Aufgaben
People & Operations
- Drives the quarterly goal-setting process and holds KPI owners accountable to their targets
- Oversee all aspects of people operations, from recruitment to off-boarding
- Lead, coach and develop a team of eight, including regular one-on-one's and performance reviews
- Run cross-team initiatives end-to-end (e.g. pricing changes, tooling migrations): plan, delegate & assign work and report on progress
- Own the operational cost base: vendor/freelancer contracts, tooling spend, and budget decisions up to a set limit
- Foster our company culture and internal communication. Organise company retreats, run workshops, maintain our company handbook
- Monitor operational performance and flag issues before they become problems
Qualifikation
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree - we’re open to both Arts and Science degrees.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record in a small company (10 to 30 employees).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Native German speaker, fluent in English.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritising effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership, management and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative team environment.
