Tasks

  • Foster and own an established relationship with relevant stakeholders within Oetker Digital and with Oetker Group companies, including brands, such as Dr. Oetker, Radeberger, Coppenrath & Wiese, Juit, Flaschenpost, and many more
  • Work directly with a diverse set of companies from the Oetker Group to fuel and support their digital marketing transformation, whether through strategic consulting, operational support or capability building
  • Drive holistic Digital Marketing along all areas of the consumer journey by building on relevant data to boost marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Creating a standardized training concept about Programmatic Advertising in order to enable the Oetker Group
  • Developing strategies and concepts to further develop the area of Programmatic Advertising within the Oetker Group

Requirements

  • A strategic mindset combined with an operational drive
  • Proven hands-on experience in planning and managing Programmatic Advertising campaigns with best-in-class solutions like DV360, Adform or TheTradeDesk
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge, particularly in Programmatic Advertising including data-driven approaches – ensured by data, analytics, attribution and audience management
  • Consult on programmatic’s principles and best practices
  • Communication, collaboration, presentation and moderation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • A huge plus but optional:
  • Gained insights in FMCG industry or Start-Up environment
  • Hands-on experience with an adserver solution (e.g. DCM, AdForm) and audience management platforms (e.g. DMP, CDP)
