We are nugrow. Not a management consultancy. A consulting start-up. Fundamental to our mission is the motto “from founders for founders”. Because that is essentially what we are. Launched three years ago in 2019, we have the goal to equip start-ups and grown-ups with powerful tools and strategies, as well as our references & experiences as founders ourselves. Together with other already successful founders, we have developed a model especially for growing start-ups - individual, entrepreneurial-driven and without consulting bullshit.

In the past years, it has proven itself to be most effective, because today we support the most innovative and successful start-ups on the scene such as Staffbase, Advocado, elopage, VMRAY and DataGuard and have partnered with more than 160 start-ups with over €90M venture capital collected in total. But that is not where we intend to stop. We at nugrow want to become the no.1 contact point for startup consulting in Europe and help more and more founders to build their start-ups into successful businesses.

## Tasks

*   You maintain our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn..)
*   Development of strategies for our social media appearance and development of new channels
*   You communicate with our followers and care for their concerns
*   You support our team communicating with influencers
*   Maintenance of blogs
*   You develop concepts and strategies to expand our range and to increase interactions

## Requirements

*   Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
*   Ideally studies in marketing or similar
*   Experience with social media channels and/or marketing
*   You are able to handle several social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn..) and your social media skills are advanced
*   You love to communicate and to fascinate followers
*   You are a confident and friendly person with good manners
*   Ability to work in a team
*   English and German (B2) proficieny
