## Tasks

**What will you be doing:**  

We are looking for a Performance SEO Manager (w/m/d) to help convert organic visitors into customers. You will be joining a small team within the Performance Marketing department, dedicated to SEO and Organic Content, and help users to find appropriate products in the segment of food / health / beauty. 

**Responsibilities:**

*   Implement effective strategies that align with business goals, ensuring we attract and engage our target audience within the conversion funnel. 
*   Continuous improvement: Identify ranking gaps and opportunities, initiate, and coordinate landing page creation, review results, share insights. 
*   Define goals and hypotheses, execute landing page tests and - based on your learnings - establish an iterative landing page test strategy and roadmap. 
*   Brief content, creative, and technical teams with clear requests including acceptance criteria for asset creation and features.  
*   Track and analyze performance (SEO and conversion KPIs).

## Requirements

 **What you bring:**  

*   3+ years of experience in SEO and landing page optimization. 
*   2+ years of experience in Web Analytics (ideally Google Analytics) is required. 
*   A data-driven approach and know-how in conversion rate optimization and tools. 
*   Experience in E-Commerce, optimizing user journeys and content with transactional intent. 
*   Hands-on experience with keyword research, content briefing, and content strategy. 
*   Comfort using SEO & analytics tools to answer data related questions both in  
    support of performance reporting and hypothesis definition. 
*   Understanding of customer acquisition, engagement and conversion funnels, and the impact of copywriting on business outcomes. 

**Nice to have:**  

*   International SEO 
*   HTML/CSS, A/B Testing 
*   Project management skills 
*   Interpersonal skills, an ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple priorities 

**Tech/Tools:**

Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Search Console, Sistrix, Google Keyword Planner, ahref, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Jira/ Confluence, Figma, Collaboration tools
