Responsibilities

We are excited to announce an opening for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). As part of our expansion, we are integrating Dynamics BC with existing products such as Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Customer Management. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to oversee other IT projects within our Atlassian tool landscape, including Jira and Confluence.

ERP Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption

Integration Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics BC with existing systems (LIMS, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Customer Management) and streamline processes

Project Status Reports

• Regularly provide project status updates, including milestones, timelines, and risks

Change Management

• Oversee scope changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Governance and Quality

• Maintain project governance standards and ensure quality deliverables

Resource Coordination

• Identify and allocate resources (people, teams, external consultant) effectively

Stakeholder Communication

• Facilitate clear communication with executives, business owners, and stakeholders

Atlassian Ecosystem

• Leverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project documentation, collaboration, and reporting

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Customer Management is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English
