## Tasks

**What You'll Do:**

Your role will include a variety of tasks to support our team’s operations and growth:

👉 **CRM Maintenance**: Keeping our client databases up to date.

👉 **Data Entry & Organization**: Ensuring accurate data management in Google Sheets and Notion.

👉 **Recruiting Funnel Support**: Assisting with tracking candidates and recruiting processes.

👉 **Mailings**: Helping with email outreach and follow-ups.

👉 **Notion Cleanup**: Organizing and optimizing our Notion workspaces for efficiency.

👉 **SOP & Internal Guideline Creation**: Developing and documenting procedures for team workflows.

👉 **Google Drive Management**: Structuring and cleaning up our cloud storage.

👉 **Google Sheets Creation**: Building and maintaining spreadsheets for data tracking.

👉 **Team Accountability**: Helping ensure the team adheres to guidelines (with our support).

👉 Provide remote administrative and **organizational support**

👉 Manage calendars and **schedules like a boss**

👉 **Rock email correspondence** and research tasks

👉 Excel in **creating and updating Google Sheets**

👉 Collaborate with the team using Notion and Slack

👉 Assist with virtual meetings and events

👉 **Keep data entry on point**

👉 Prepare reports and presentations

👉 Tackle general admin tasks and ad hoc projects

👉 Support with Data Transfer, Team Reminders

...and overall support to two Team Members as your direct supervisores - you will be their helping hands in everything they do.

**You are...**

✔️ **Detail-Oriented**: You have a strong eye for detail and are thorough in your work.

✔️ **Proficient with Notion & Google Sheets**: You know your way around these tools and can create well-organized databases, spreadsheets, and workflows.

✔️ **An excellent comunicator**: Fluent in English and German.

✔️ **Self-Motivated**: You can work asynchronously and manage your time effectively without constant supervision.

✔️ **Content-Loving**: You have a passion for personal branding and content creation.

✔️ **Team Player**: We want someone who feels like a core part of the team, even from a distance
