At NonStop Consulting, our US Engineering division partners with some of the most recognised engineering and construction firms in North America. We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded people who want a career where effort is rewarded with exceptional earning potential.

You'll specialise in one of the world's largest engineering markets, building relationships with clients and candidates across the US. With larger placement fees than many European markets, the commission potential is significant.

One successful placement can generate €10,000+ in commission.

Working hours

To match the US market, this team works:

Monday to Thursday: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

This gives you excellent overlap with US clients while still keeping your Friday aligned with the rest of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with engineering professionals across the US.
• Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships.
• Managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Becoming an expert within your specialist engineering niche.
• Negotiating offers and closing deals.
• Growing your own market and earning uncapped commission.

What we're looking for

• You don't need previous recruitment experience.
• We're looking for people who are:
• Competitive and driven.
• Confident speaking to new people.
• Resilient when facing rejection.
• Commercially minded.
• Fluent in English.
• Motivated by performance and high earnings.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not essential. We provide full training from day one.
