We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our Swiss entities, Nidecker SA and Equip Sport SA.

The Head of HR acts as the trusted partner and go-to person for managers and employees, providing pragmatic HR guidance while balancing business objectives with an exceptional employee experience.

You will own the full employee lifecycle for the Swiss entities, partnering closely with managers on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organisational development and HR operations.

In addition to your local responsibilities, you will support Group-wide HR initiatives by helping align HR policies, processes and systems across our international entities. This includes coordinating projects such as HRIS alignment, policy development and the implementation of shared people practices while working closely with international stakeholders and external partners.

This is a broad and autonomous leadership role suited to an HR professional who enjoys combining operational excellence with business partnering, continuous improvement and strategic HR projects. The role is responsible for leading the HR function for the Swiss entities and managing one direct report.

Tasks

HR Business Partnering

  • Lead and develop the HR function, providing guidance and support to the HR team while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Act as the trusted HR partner for managers and employees across Nidecker SA and Equip Sport SA.
  • Provide guidance on the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, organisational design and Swiss employment law.
  • Partner with leadership to support organisational changes, workforce planning and strategic people initiatives.
  • Coach managers on HR best practices while balancing employee needs with business objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job postings through interviews, selection and offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Lead the annual performance review, salary review and bonus processes.
  • Identify training and development needs and support leadership and career development initiatives.
  • Enhance employer branding and the overall candidate experience.

HR Operations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR administration, supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee all HR administration including employment contracts, employee documentation, personnel files and lifecycle changes.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, social insurance, attendance, leave management and insurance administration with external providers.
  • Ensure accurate HR records and maintain compliance with Swiss employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Support reporting requirements and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function.

HR Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and continuously improve the HRIS and related HR systems.
  • Review, develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure they remain compliant, practical and aligned with business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, including time & attendance, leave management, performance management and other employee lifecycle processes.
  • Lead HR process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision making.

Employee Experience & Internal Communications

  • Foster an engaging, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Lead employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal communications, company announcements and regular all-hands meetings to keep employees informed and aligned.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and reinforce the company's values.

Requirements

Profile

You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across both strategic and operational HR. You are comfortable advising managers, leading projects, improving processes and managing day-to-day HR activities with confidence and autonomy.

You build trusted relationships, communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and bring a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to every challenge.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Swiss HR certification (HRSE) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience coordinating payroll with an external provider.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation, optimisation or administration.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-entity organisations is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
