Join Equip Sport as a Marketing Intern

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to own the end-to-end marketing track of our hub rollouts and support ongoing partner relationships. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of marketing, communications, and partner experience.

If you are structured, proactive, and passionate about sports, this internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing and partner relationships.

We are looking for someone organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn.

Tasks

1. Hub Rollout Marketing

  • Own the marketing workstream end-to-end once a city contract is signed - from launch planning through to post-launch communications
  • Coordinate all moving parts for hub launches, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Manage sticker production from brief to final approval, including design coordination and print quality sign-off
  • Handle digital sponsor integrations: in-app CTA pages, "offered by" pages, map pins, and on-screen content
  • Drive launch communications and PR, including all contractual communications to city and sponsor partners

2. Partner Experience & Satisfaction

  • Own the post-launch relationship with city partners and sponsors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
  • Support partners in data, health reporting, maintenance updates, and branding discussions
  • Keep every active program visible and well-documented - ensuring strong partnerships that open doors to new ones

3. Brand & Visibility

  • Own Equip Sport's LinkedIn presence and broader B2B communications
  • Maintain an up-to-date media coverage database
  • Run a central marketing calendar and internal wins log to keep the team aligned and momentum visible

Requirements

  • Young graduates or currently studying in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for clear, on-brand communication
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a project from start to finish
  • Confident communicating with external partners and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable - you follow things through
  • Experience with LinkedIn or B2B content is a plus
  • Familiarity with project coordination or campaign management tools is a bonus

Benefits

  • A high-ownership role with real impact on how Equip Sport shows up in every city we enter
  • Exposure to the full lifecycle of a product rollout, from contract signing to live operations
  • Direct collaboration with Business Development and Operations teams in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Ongoing mentorship and regular feedback to support your growth
  • The opportunity to build a visible portfolio of launches, partnerships, and communications work
  • Should an opportunity arise, this internship could be a stepping stone to a fixed-term (CDD) or permanent (CDI) position within the team
