Your new role

As an AI Engineer (all genders) you will play a key role in the development and optimization of customized GenAI, chatbot, and voicebot solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. In addition, you will apply your technical expertise in developing new and standardized AI-powered products and features.

The work you‘ll do

  • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored AI-based Chatbot and Voicebot solutions in close collaboration with our clients.
  • Apply excellent Python programming skills – ideally complemented by JavaScript – as well as your experience with software development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum) will support you in implementation.
  • Use Prompt Engineering to make our solutions smarter and more efficient.
  • Integrate customized applications into existing customer system landscapes – such as CRM, ERP, or Contact Center systems – and use APIs (e.g., for integrating external providers).
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions and accompany projects from concept to go-live, including troubleshooting complex support cases.
  • Work closely with internal and cross-country teams, document your work thoroughly, and advise your customers on complex technical issues.

The qualifications you need

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science — ideally with a focus on Artificial Intelligence — or bring an equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Python (ideally also JavaScript) and a strong understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, function calling, RAG, Text-to-Speech, and Speech-to-Text.
  • Bring hands-on experience in full-stack development and in building generative AI solutions, including chatbot and voicebot technologies.
  • Apply Prompt Engineering to continuously enhance the performance and accuracy of AI-driven applications.
  • Bring experience in customer-facing roles, combining strong advisory skills with the ability to understand requirements and deliver solution-oriented, partnership-focused guidance.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with modern software development processes and tools, including Git, debugging, testing, and documentation.
  • Communicate confidently in English (C1 or native level).
  • Work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner while maintaining a strong team spirit and communication mindset.
  • Knowledge in telecommunications (e.g., PBX, Contact Center Systems, UCaaS, SIP, VoIP, NGN) is a plus.
