## Your new role

As a Software Engineer Phone you are responsible for the implementation of the telephony components of the botario platform. You develop new features for the botario telephone module and support customer instances.

## The work you‘ll do

* You support the further development of our telephony systems. In doing so, you work with cloud services (Google, AWS, ...) and Asterisk
* You develop the connection to the environment of the customers if required
* You take care of the ongoing operation of customer systems in second level support for the telephony area
* You develop new connectors for external telephony related services

## The qualifications you need

* A successfully completed university degree or a comparable education
* You have very good programming skills in Python, with previous experience in multi-threading, multi-process control and parallel computing
* You have experience working with Docker and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...)
* You think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems in an analytical and structured way
* You like to work in a team and with agile methods
* Ideally, you already have professional experience in software development
* You have an independent working style and are passionate about AI
* You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
