Next Job Abroad is currently hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Training & Quality Assurance Specialist to join an international operations team with a finance company in Malta.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Training Specialist, QA Analyst, Learning & Development professional, or Customer Operations Coach who enjoys improving team performance, building structured training programs, and driving service excellence in customer-facing environments.
The role combines training design, facilitation, quality assurance and coaching, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments such as customer support operations, call centers, service delivery teams, or international support hubs.
