Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale practical GenAI applications.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into working software quickly. You’ll own delivery from implementation to deployment and work closely with product and AI specialists to ship real solutions - not just prototypes.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in ambiguous environments, moves fast, and cares more about outcomes than process overhead.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship full-stack GenAI applications from idea to production
• Collaborate closely with product stakeholders and AI specialists to deliver practical solutions
• Own technical implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvements
• Solve technical challenges proactively and keep delivery moving
• Stay close to developments in GenAI and bring useful ideas into the stack

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications
• Confidence working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, frameworks, and priorities
• Practical mindset: you prefer working software over theoretical perfection
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teammates
• Experience with GenAI, RAG, or related tooling is a strong plus

Preferred Tech Stack

• Frontend: NextJS, React, Typescript, Tailwind, Shadcn
• GenAI: OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs

What we offer

• Remote-first setup, with the option to work from Berlin or Hamburg
• Production-grade work across an international client base. Real deployments, not pilots
• A team of about 15 product managers and engineers, very little overhead, everyone ships real things
• Base Salary of 80.000 EUR - 110.000 EUR p.a. depending on experience
• We're still building how we work, not just what we build. You'll have real influence over both
