Laufzeit: 18 Projektmonate (ANÜ)   
Einsatzort: Rostock  
Auslastung: Vollzeit; 40h/Woche

## Tasks

*   Überwachung von Schweiß- & Beschichtungsarbeiten
*   Sicherstellen von Spezifikations- & HSE-Compliance
*   Koordination mit Auftragnehmern & Fachbereichen
*   Führung von Inspektoren anderer Disziplinen
*   Kontrolle des Arbeitsfortschritts & Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
*   Schulung & Unterstützung des Teams
*   Berichterstattung & Unterstützung des Managements

## Requirements

*   Qualifikation: IWI, IWS, IWT, IWE, NDT Level II/III (von Vorteil), Frosio Level III / NACE
*   Studium in Bau-/Maschinenbau (von Vorteil)
*   Mind. 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Fertigung/Vormontage/Baustellen, 3 Jahre in ähnlicher Position
*   Kenntnisse in Schweiß- & Beschichtungstechnologien, HSE & technischen Zeichnungen
*   Deutsch & Englisch erforderlich
*   Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert
*   Eigene PSA (Sicherheitsschuhe, Helm, Schutzbrille) erforderlich
