Graphic Designer (m/w/d)

We’re a trend-driven beauty brand with a strong focus on UV nail polish, makeup, and innovative beauty concepts. With a solid presence both online and offline — especially in leading drugstores — we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our brand world to life.

What You'll Do

• Photo Retouching & Visual Editing: clean and precise retouching of product and campaign imagery, including color correction, skin retouching, and creative composing
• Layout & Typography: design assets for various formats such as digital ads, packaging, brochures, in-store displays, and meta content, always with a strong sense for typography and visual hierarchy
• Packaging & POS Design: create compelling packaging concepts and support with retail & counter display design for new launches in drugstores
• Creative Development: bring fresh ideas for limited edition boxes, seasonal collections, and product stories that align with our brand identity and market trends

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry
• Strong retouching and photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop is a must)
• Excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A sharp eye for composition, color, and detail with a deep understanding of beauty aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Fluency in German is a must (English or additional languages are a plus)

Bonus Skills (Not required, but a big plus)

• Packaging & POS Design: experience in packaging and display design development and execution for drugstore environments, with a strong understanding of print production, die-cuts, color profiles, and material specs
• 2D Visualizations: ability to create realistic visual mock-ups, product renderings, or sales presentations for internal and retail use
• 3D Knowledge: familiar with tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or Adobe Dimension
• Motion Graphics: experience with animated content for social media or digital campaigns
