Graphic Designer (m/w/d)

Who We Are

We’re a trend-driven beauty brand with a strong focus on UV nail polish, makeup, and cutting-edge beauty concepts. As a company with a strong presence both online and offline—especially in leading drugstores—we are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our creative team.

What You'll Do

• Photo Retouching & Visual Editing: Clean and precise retouching of product and campaign imagery, including color correction, skin retouching, and creative compositing
• Layout & Typography: Design for various formats including digital ads, packaging, brochures, in-store displays, and meta content—with excellent typographic placement and attention to visual hierarchy
• Packaging & POS Design: Create compelling packaging concepts and support the design of retail and counter displays for new launches in drugstores
• 2D Visualizations: Develop realistic visual mock-ups and presentations for internal reviews, sales decks, or retail planning
• Production-Ready Files: Ensure all artwork is suitable for professional print production—understanding die-cuts, color profiles, print specifications, and materials
• Creative Development: Contribute fresh ideas for limited edition boxes, seasonal collections, and product stories that align with brand identity and market trends

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion sector
• Strong retouching and photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop is a must)
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in packaging design, print production, and preparing files for vendors
• A keen eye for composition, detail, and aesthetics tailored to beauty-loving consumers
• Experience in 2D visualization and creating product or display mock-ups
• Solid understanding of brand storytelling, visual identity, and how to translate them across formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Bonus:

• Knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D, or Adobe Dimension)
• Experience with motion graphics for social media or campaign content
