## Tasks

**What We'd Love You To Do**

*   Oversee office operations, including filing, auditing, correspondence, and supplies.
*   Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and risk assessments.
*   Support finance with invoices, expenses, payroll, and cost-saving initiatives.
*   Manage onboarding and offboarding, handling IT setup, building access, and equipment.
*   Act as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and service providers.
*   Coordinate schedules, diary management, travel bookings, and employee benefits.
*   Handle mail, deliveries, office policies, and compliance updates.
*   Assist in planning and executing company events.
*   Provide administrative support to leadership and the broader team.

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

*   At least three years of experience in office administration, ideally within a small to medium-sized organization.
*   A strong sense of responsibility and ownership—you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly.
*   Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
*   A passion for fostering a positive company culture and enhancing the employee experience.
*   A problem-solving mindset—you’re adaptable, resourceful, and love taking on new challenges.
*   Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
*   The ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

*   Excellent written and spoken German (C2 level or equivalent) with fluency in English
