## Tasks

**Your responsibilities**

*   In the first year, the focus is on developing existing accounts, understanding the portfolio, and gradually generating new customers 
*   Current NL revenue approx. €1M, target is to grow toward €2M. Company in NL was established 10/2024. 

**Lead generation:**

*   Combination of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities 

**Sales support:**

*   2 Customer Service Specialists (NL)
*   Warehouse leader and warehouse worker
*   Branch Manager support if needed

## Requirements

**Your profile**

*   **Class B driving licence and willingness to travel**

**Language:**

*   Dutch required

**Typical customers:**

*   Furniture industry, furniture components, interior companies, workshops and smaller manufacturers
*   Many customers are smaller businesses (approx. 20–50 employees)

*   Company car, mobile phone, laptop, tablet

**Compensation:**

*   Base salary: approx. €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month
*   Bonus: up to ~17% of annual salary depending on KPIs.

**Contract:**

*   12-month contract initially, then unlimited
*   Probation period: 1 month
