Back End Developer (Rust)

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain / Back End Developer (Rust). An experienced Rust Developer with deep knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and MongoDB Atlas and cloud platforms to build our Stackchain crypto platform. • Researching related technologies and components
• Deploying and upgrading the software
• Documenting the code and the software components
• Maintaining the software and bug fixing
• Developing and maintaining the backend services of Stackchain, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Writing unit, integration and performance tests
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following Rust's best practices and coding standards.
• Writing the Stackchain API and system interfaces
• Designing and optimizing databases
• Designing backend architecture
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps team, to design and implement efficient and reliable backend services.
• Optimizing application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing caching strategies, and writing efficient code.
• Implementing robust security measures within the application code to protect sensitive user data and financial transactions, following industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Designing and implementing the application's microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration and communication between services.
• Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the development team.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rust, Actix, and other relevant technologies, and proposing improvements to the application's backend codebase.

• 5 or more years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Rust programming
• Strong proficiency in Rust, with a deep understanding of its ownership model, type system, and concurrency features
• Experience with Actix web framework and its actor model for building scalable and concurrent web services
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and MongoDB Atlas
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing secure coding techniques to protect against common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in a fast-paced environment
