• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for road construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate them into actionable plans.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement best practices in planning and resource management to optimize efficiency and ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering & PG Diploma Planning.
• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the highway, street, and bridge construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
