As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll become part of one of our international customer support teams, helping customers through a variety of enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. You'll work with well-known international brands, delivering outstanding service while ensuring every customer receives the support they need
Tasks
What you'll be doing
- Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, requests and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information and guide customers through the appropriate processes.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and maintain detailed customer records.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Follow internal procedures, quality standards and data security guidelines where applicable.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Native-level Dutch (spoken and written).
- Good command of English.
- A professional working and thinking level.
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full paid training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
