About The Company
At NaroIQ, we believe the fund industry is undergoing a structural shift: investors are more cost-conscious and transparency-driven than ever, and ETFs are a natural outcome of this shift.
Yet many management companies (ManCos) excel at running traditional mutual funds — but struggle to enter the ETF market. Launching and operating ETFs adds a new layer of complexity: new partners, interfaces, processes, and systems that most existing setups weren't built for.
NaroIQ gives ManCos a fast, reliable path into the ETF market. We provide the digital ETF infrastructure that reduces operational complexity, so ManCos can launch and run ETFs at scale and compete effectively, helping broaden access to the market beyond dominant, US-based providers.
We are remote-first, with in-person collaboration opportunities. We work with international clients and have raised over $10m from top-tier investors and operators across finance and technology.
The Role and What Makes It Special
You own the two functions that decide how the outside world experiences NaroIQ: How we are perceived in the market, and who we manage to attract to build it. Marketing and Talent sit together in one role at NaroIQ because the same narrative — sharp, technical, high quality— has to land with senior executive with journalists as well as with the engineers, operators and commercial talent we want to hire next.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You will not manage a team of specialists who do the work. You'll do the work: Drafting the LinkedIn post, creating relationships with journalists, organizing events and building an employer brand — and you'll build the systems that let NaroIQ scale this without losing sharpness.
You report to the CEO (Chris) and his Chief of Staff (Leona) and work in tight loops with Growth, Product and the leadership team. Over time, you have the opportunity to grow the function around you.

What We're Looking For
(You don't need to know it all — but you should be ready to dive in, learn fast, and take initiative.)
Nice to have: existing relationships with FinTech or asset-management journalists; experience building a careers brand from scratch; familiarity with growth tooling (SEO, attribution, growth-hacking stacks).
Why NaroIQ
We're building something ambitious — and we believe the only way to do that is with a team that's low-ego, high-impact, and genuinely excited about what they're doing.
Here's what we care about:
🔑 High Ownership
We trust you to take full responsibility for your work. That means freedom and also being the person others rely on when things get real.
🚫 No Bullshit, No Ego
We're too small for politics, posturing or competing agendas. We care about doing the right thing, not being right.
🧘♂️ Flexibility
Exceptional work doesn't require relocation or fixed office hours. Have dinner with your family. Get that dog. Move to the Alps. We're remote-friendly and trust people to manage their own time.
🧳 Sometimes We Leave the House
We do make time for real-life moments, like quarterly offsites or in-person team sessions, to solve stuff together or just hang out.
🦸🏻♀️ Hire for Spikes
We don't expect you to be good at everything. We care about your superpower. We're building a team of nerds who are world-class in wildly different areas.
💡 Customers First – Tech that Follows Through
Customers are basically the only reason we exist. And we don't build tech for tech's sake. But the best user experiences usually rely on thoughtful, powerful engineering, so we invest in both, deeply.
🛠 Default to Rethink
We don't accept "that's just how it is." We dig deep, think from scratch and always believe there's a better way. First Principles isn’t a buzzword for us.
💅🏼 Give Yourself a Little Treat
We use hrmony, so you can spend up to €50/month on the little things that bring you joy: Urban Sports, DAZN, Mediamarkt, Thalia, whatever suits you.
🤓 Your Learning Curve is Our Investment
Everyone at NaroIQ gets €1,000 per year for courses, books, coaching, or whatever helps them grow.
