We are building the leading direct-to-consumer destination for professional-grade nail care, beauty, and cosmetic tech across Europe. Operating under Proglow and Ongle24, we serve hundreds of thousands of beauty lovers. We combine high-performance product development with data-first digital marketing. Our mission is to make the world more beautiful, one stroke at a time.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a deep expertise in Paid Social to lead our customer acquisition engine. You are not just a campaign manager—you are a growth architect, highly technical, and obsessed with unit economics, attribution, and data-driven scaling.

What You'll Do

Scale Paid Social: Take end-to-end ownership of high-budget performance channels across our European Markets

Data & Technical Setup: Work closely with our tech stack to ensure 100% data integrity and robust attribution modeling.

Performance Optimization: Continually test, measure, and optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV metrics.

Creative Strategy Engine: Partner with our creative team to systematically brief, test, and iterate on high-converting creatives across all relevant platforms and formats

Market Expansion: Launch and scale localized paid media initiatives across key European territories

Qualifikation

2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Social, ideally in a fast-growing D2C e-commerce environment.

Deep Technical Setup Knowledge: Expert understanding of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CAPI, attribution models, and tracking infrastructure.

Strong Analytical Mindset: You live in spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools. You don't guess—you run hypotheses, design experiments, and prove outcomes with numbers.

Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, combined with mother language skills in one of the following: German, French, or Italian.

Entrepreneurial Drive: High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Benefits

Benefits

Growth: We offer an environment where you can truly build something, with a steep learning curve guaranteed.

Team Spirit: A small, warm, and enthusiastic team looks forward to welcoming you.

Strong Foundation: You are joining an established company with a start up vibe - building new things on the basis of a truly strong foundation

Perks: We offer all the benefits of a modern employer (competitive salary, flexible working hours, etc.).

Does this sound like your dream job?

If this opening appeals to you and you are full of energy, we would love to receive your application! Even if you don't (yet) meet 100% of the criteria, but are motivated and eager to learn, we would still love to get to know you.
