Winemaker for Family-Owned Winery in the Heart of Cyprus

Located in a picturesque mountainous area of Cyprus, just 20 minutes from the coast, this family-owned winery is one of the most important in the country. It produces over 300,000 liters of wine annually from around 1,000 tons of grapes. By combining traditional techniques with modern processes, it is strongly committed to sustainability, quality, and the development of native grape varieties.

We are looking for a winemaker with motivation and enthusiasm to work in a relaxed and exciting environment.

Your main tasks would include:

• Supervising and overseeing all stages of the winemaking process
• Managing the laboratory and conducting oenological analyses
• Coordinating the technical team during harvest
• Monitoring quality from grape to bottling
• Developing new ideas and improvements in production processes
• Participating in technical tastings and wine-related events

• Willingness to travel to Cyprus
• Degree in Oenology or related studies
• Minimum experience of 2 harvest seasons in winemaking
• Knowledge of quality control and winery processes
• Intermediate level of English (other languages are a plus)
• Passion for wine, initiative, and commitment

• Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week)
• Accommodation provided near the winery
