We’re looking for a motivated and talented Danish-speaking individual to join our customer success team for the summer during our high season. You’ll be the primary contact for all our Danish renters and owners; therefore, it is important to us that you can take responsibility for your work and provide excellent customer service.

**The role will be full time during the camping high season which spans from June to August and may be extended on an hourly basis before and afterwards. Flexible start date through June.**

In your new role you’ll be supporting our Danish renters and owners through calls, e-mails and social media. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape and contribute to our processes and methods.

You’ll be working from home or in our modern office space in Uppsala together with your new colleagues. We’re a happy bunch and we like to joke around and have fun at the office, so we hope you’ll join in.

MyCamper is the largest sharing platform for camping vehicle rentals in the Nordics and Switzerland. Our goal is to make camping holidays accessable for everyone while sharing existing resources. As a fast-growing tech startup we are revolutionizing the camper market and want to become the Airbnb for campers.

## Tasks

*   Supporting our Danish renters and owners via calls, e-mails, and social media.
*   Create and improve existing and new processes and methods.
*   Content translation to Danish.
*   Contribute to a fun and engaging work environment.

## Requirements

*   Being a happy, empathetic, and responsible person.
*   Able to speak Danish at a native level and English at a professional level – bonus points for also speaking Swedish, Norweigan, Finnish or German.
*   Proficient with computers and not afraid to learn new IT-systems.
