On behalf of our iGaming Client we are looking for CRM executives with experience in the iGaming industry reaady to join the team in an hybrid set-up in Malta, Paris, Nantes or fully remote from Portugal.
Please note, profiles without iGaming experience in a similar role won't be considered.
Tasks
- Planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications
- Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and adhere to brand guidelines
- Create engaging and relevant content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with internal teams to communicate planned campaigns and maintain transparency
- Continuously explore ways to enhance campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement and retention
Requirements
- Fluent in French OR Portuguese & English (written and spoken)
- Locally based in Malta, Paris, Nantes or Portugal
- Around 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement in the iGaming industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM tools
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
