To catapult our brand to the next level, we need your help!

## Tasks

As our Senior Brand Manager, you make sure to:

*   Develop and implement brand-building strategies for mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics Group (retailer brand) to strengthen their identity, positioning, and overall reputation across Europe.
*   Craft compelling brand stories, visual elements and key messages that effectively communicate our brand's unique value proposition to our target audience.
*   Collaborate with marketing channel owners to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution of campaigns across all touchpoints (360-degree).
*   Work closely with content creators and other cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer success to create a holistic and immersive brand experience throughout all touchpoints.
*   Continuously monitor and analyze the brand's performance and perception by tracking key metrics, conducting consumer research and surveys, as well as gathering feedback on the effectiveness of your strategy.

## Requirements

*   Proven track record of building B2C and/or B2B brands in the German-speaking market (experience in the German furniture or design industry is a plus).
*   Passion for building and shaping brands from scratch, with a strong understanding of brand development principles and strategies.
*   Excellent project & stakeholder management skills: You should be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of your strategy.
*   You have a creative mind and experience in content creation or art directory to translate our brand identity into impactful brand campaigns.
*   Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to track the progress of your strategy.
*   Fluency in German and English is a must!
