The Front Office Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing business opportunities in international markets through travels, phone calls and digital tools. The main objective is to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and achieve set goals, acting as the first point of contact between the company and potential clients in different countries.

Tareas
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Management
- Market research of the country.
- Make outbound calls (cold calling) to acquire new clients and present the company’s products/services.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close sales, and ensure follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities in international markets and collaborate with the sales team to prioritize objectives.
Relationship Building and Customer Focus
- Build strong relationships with international clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to encourage loyalty and promote upselling opportunities.
- Maintain and update the client database in the company’s CRM system.
Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor sales results and analyze key metrics to ensure goal achievement.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales progress, market feedback, and recommendations for process improvement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other teams, such as marketing and logistics, to coordinate international sales strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales scripts, communication strategies, and promotional materials.

Education
- Degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- Specific training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in international markets and B2B accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish and French is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
