Our innovative reusable packaging, ranging from boxes to mailing bags, enables the shipping of almost all goods: from clothing to beauty. With a smart return and deposit system, we close the cycle ensuring a great consumer experience while preserving the environment and without charging a premium compared to traditional shipping alternatives. 

As an innovative start-up within the Schoeller Group with over €1bn in revenue and more than 4.000 employees worldwide, Multiloop has access to resources and knowledge along the entire value chain of a circular economy: from an extensive customer understanding (B2B and B2C), product development know-how to expertise in production, deposit systems, software & tracking, washing and financing of reusable packaging pools.

## Tasks

*   Work closely with Multiloop’s leadership on both strategic and operational tasks
*   Manage the venture development process incl. designing and launching a scalable operating model, building strategic partnerships and acquiring key customers
*   Prioritize and diligently work through key initiatives in collaboration with the senior management and key project stakeholders
*   Create presentations, financial models and executive decision-making documents
*   Prepare, organize, evaluate and follow-up on meetings of all kind – be it strategic, board or creative ones

## Requirements

*   2-5 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a leading high growth venture in an execution-driven project management or operations role
*   Strong entrepreneurial passion and the desire to learn what it is like to launch and scale an innovative business from scratch
*   Passionate about sustainability, logistics and new business models
*   Highly analytical, convincing communicator and solution-oriented problem solver
*   Humble and driven: You're not afraid to do the dirty work to get the job done
*   Fluent in German and English
