## Your Tasks:

As a Team Lead Sales Engineer you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between a company's technical expertise and its customers' needs. Their primary responsibility is to support the sales team by providing technical knowledge and insights that help in closing deals and driving revenue growth while providing clients with solutions and innovative approaches to technical issues. You get to build and lead a team of people that will focus on our different entities- digidip, Yieldkit and shopping24\. Each are unique in their own way, have different tech setups and a range of clients which will require you to demonstrate a robust set of skills in tech and business areas.
* Improving the reporting for our external partners
* Ensuring smooth implementation of our technology on partners website
* Resolving partner tech issues and queries
* Making sure new partners are onboarded smoothly and correctly
* Attending client feedback calls to ensure we develop needed features and product improvements
* Leading a team of people that will work on other platforms
* Improving internal reporting processes and automatisation
* Driving innovation and growth from the tech commercial prospective

## Your Profile:

* You bring a solid knowledge of e-Commerce/Digital Advertising & sales
* You are knowledgable in PHP, Machine Learning and Tensorflow
* You have at least 3+ years leadership experience managing & mentoring a team
* You have an open and communicative style
* You are customer service oriented and have the ability to multitask
* You are fluent in written and spoken German
* You are based in either Berlin or Hamburg
