What You'll Do:

• Lead the creative development of high-performing ads for social and paid media
• Write copy and creative briefs for video, static, and UGC-style content
• Collaborate with our creative team to produce content and iterate based on performance
• Stay on top of the latest trends in D2C marketing
• Help shape the creative direction and tone of our brand across channels
• Work closely together with our Media Buyers and Marketing Executives

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong portfolio of ads/content you've developed (esp. for e-commerce or DTC)
• Clear understanding of what drives clicks and conversions
• Experience working with performance marketers and designers
• Excellent copywriting skills (short-form, witty, on-brand)
• Using the hidden word "Labrador" in your application to demonstrate your eye for detail
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of paid media formats
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Bonus: Familiarity with pets or pet products 💕🐾
