Our client is a rapidly expanding and world leading, pharmaceutical manufacturer and developer (CDMO), for which we are now looking for Operational Excellence Managers in Chemnitz or München with hybrid working. The company employs about 10,000 people and covers the entire development, manufacture and supply of pharmaceutical products. The responsibilities include building and coaching a local OpEx team and overall management of strategic projects as part of a global OpEx organization.

## Tasks

*   Responsibility for medium to long term plans to drive business growth and build and develop the site
*   Responsibility for capacity improvement through Lean and Six Sigma
*   Operational support for technical projects and quality issues
*   Define, implement and monitor opex methodologies and associated KPIs for production system efficiency
*   Support the development of local Site Opex teams with hiring, training, and coaching
*   Capture, standardize and harmonize best practices and lessons learned across the organization

## Requirements

*   Engineer/Master's degree in engineering or similar
*   Relevant continuous improvement / project management / operational quality / engineering experience in a manufacturing facility or global environment
*   Strong technical knowledge in development or production
*   Strong Six Sigma or Lean skills, as well as risk assessment and problem solving skills
*   Fluent English and German required
*   Strong ability to work in an international organization
