As a **Digital Brand Designer** at Modulr, you will conceptualize & adapt visual brand languages across various digital applications. You have a firm belief in building human-centered, highly usable branded solutions for web experiences, mobile interfaces & new realities. ## Tasks

**What you'll be doing:**

*   **Finding creative design solutions** for diverse digital contexts (web, email, social media, etc.) with a **focus on digital brands**
*   **Positioning brands appropriately** in digital contexts
*   **Creating digital brand concepts** and executing them well
*   **Visualizing impactful imagery** for branded storytelling
*   Ensuring **consistency** among brand design elements
*   **Prototyping design solutions in-context**
*   **Analyzing potential customers**, their desires and creating impactful designs that appeal to users
*   **Analyzing industry trends & innovative advances** in relation to brands

## Requirements

**Must Have's:**

*   **4+ years of experience** in brand/art/visual design in an agency or in an internal brand team
*   You have **experience working with conceptual brand development,** including customer bonding strategies into design 
*   You are a **thinker with a hands-on mentality** with a love for bringing the human back into user centered branding
*   You have an **eye for consistency** in digital design and know what looks best, be it typography or color
*   Creative & technical skills to **create visually arresting graphics**
*   Professional skills to **handle large, complex projects**
*   You **think innovatively** and have good knowledge of recent design trends
*   Your form of working is **independent, effective & precise.** Autonomy doesn’t frighten you
*   You have **experience with UX** and know which practices are best to keep customers satisfied
*   You are confident using i**ndustry-standard tools**
*   You are **data-, tech- and digitally savvy**
*   An **excellent design portfolio**, preferably with focusses in brand design, graphic design & social media, (added bonus for including high-profile clients)
*   You have **great communication skills,** written and oral

**Bonus points if you have:**

*   Degree in graphic or communication design
*   Experience in working with customer bonding strategies
*   You are **fluent in German and English**
