Administrative Allrounder/Sales Operations Assistant 80%

Responsibilities

• Administrative and organizational activities.
• Take a proactive role in anticipating challenges and developing strategies to meet them.
• Review and ensure all legal and regulatory documents and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Implement new operational processes and structures as the company size increases.
• Assist the management.
• Managing personnel administration and accounting.

  Experienced in similar positions.
• Native language German, good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
• Experienced with generative AI tools.
