What you will do
The Finance Manager is responsible for providing effective financial leadership, financial planning, reporting, controls and business support to TIBU Health. The role will ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial information while safeguarding company assets, strengthening revenue collection, managing cash flow, controlling expenditure and supporting management in making informed commercial and operational decisions.
The Finance Manager will work closely with Operations, Medical Services, Laboratory, Business Development, HR, Procurement and Senior Management to ensure that TIBU Health’s financial resources are effectively managed and aligned to the organization’s strategic objectives.

Cash flow and Treasury Management.
Payroll and Employee related payments.
Statutory Compliance, Audit and Governance.
Financial Controls and Risk Management.
Hospital and Business Unit Financial Performance.
Procurement and Cost Management.
Management support and Business Partnering.
Team leadership and development.
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
· CPA(K) or equivalent professional qualification.
· Minimum 5–7 years’ progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
· Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, audit, taxation and financial controls.
. Experience in Healthcare is a MUST
· Experience managing a finance team.
· Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills.
