Your Mission

You are the commercial engine of Mmaah's marketing. You own the numbers behind the brand: pricing mechanics, promotions strategy, and the end-to-end marketing delivery of every new store we open. You think in margin and ROI first, and you make campaigns happen on time and on budget. You work directly with the Head of Marketing, Chief of Staff and Founders, and you hold yourself accountable to real commercial outcomes, not just creative output. Aufgaben

Your Tasks

  • Own the annual promotions calendar: offer mechanics, pricing logic, margin guardrails, and test-and-learn cycles
  • Work closely with Finance to evaluate campaign profitability and optimise promotional ROI
  • Analyse basket size, traffic, conversion, and product mix to identify and act on commercial opportunities
  • Lead the full marketing workstream for every new Mmaah store opening and build the repeatable playbook that scales with us, from pre-launch to 90-day review.
  • Plan and execute national and local campaigns across OOH, digital, in-store, and local channels: with full ownership of timelines, budgets, and agency delivery
  • Build and maintain a marketing KPI dashboard; lead weekly performance reviews and present results directly to leadership
  • Brief and steer external agencies and partners with clear expectations and measurable outputs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Finance to align campaign execution with business priorities

Qualifikation

What You Bring

  • 6–9 years in marketing, with at least 3 in a role where you personally owned commercial outcomes: pricing, promotional P&L, or revenue KPIs.
  • Background in QSR, FMCG, or a multi-location consumer brand strongly preferred
  • Strong project management instincts, you're the person campaigns don't slip on.
  • Analytically sharp: KPI frameworks, Excel/Google Sheets, financial logic you can defend in a room with Finance
  • Experience managing agencies with structured briefs and accountability for results
  • Fluent in German and English; C1 minimum in both, used daily.
  • Based in Berlin or genuinely committed to relocating
