Tasks
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to join and take the lead in shaping the CRM strategy for our casino brands. In this role, you’ll own the full planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns, ensuring they deliver real results and drive improved ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Brief, plan, and manage CRM campaigns end-to end across multiple brands.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives, player journeys, and retention goals.
Data & Segmentation
- Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting.
- Leverage data to improve campaign personalisation and effectiveness.
- Use Excel and other analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) for accurate reporting, data visualisation, and decision-making.
People Management
- Lead and mentor a CRM team, setting clear objectives and ensuring high performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics.Campaign Costs, Analysis &
Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Produce post-campaign reports with recommendations for optimisation.
- Monitor and manage CRM bonus spend to ensure efficient allocation and ROI.
Strategic Growth
- Bring forward ideas to improve CRM strategy, tools, and processes.
- Contribute to wider Group-level CRM initiatives that strengthen brand performance.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior CRM role, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital consumer industries.
- Strong understanding of CRM campaign briefing, execution, and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets and bonus costs effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or analytical tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and implement ROI-driving improvements.
