**About the role:**  

You are familiar with **“One cannot not communicate”** and yet you know that great communication is hard. Raising awareness through sharp communication is even harder. 

This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, and experience in content management and communications. You will lead content creation, manage internal and external communications, and work closely with leadership to shape strategic messaging.

## Tasks

*   **Shape Our Voice:** You will develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with FlowShare’s mission and goals, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels.
*   **Create Engaging Content:** You’ll write and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media, website, whitepapers, and media materials, to drive awareness and engagement. 
*   **Build Thought Leadership:** Work closely with our leadership team to craft thought leadership pieces, speeches, and strategic communications, helping to raise our profile and influence.
*   **CRM management:** you’ll oversee and implement new email sequences and marketing messages through ActiveCampaign, and ensure a great experience for our customers. 
*   **Audience Engagement:** Engage with our target audience through various platforms, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships. Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on feedback and analytics.
*   **Internal and External Communication:** Handle internal communications to facilitate information flow within the company. Manage external communications, including press releases, media relations, and public relations.

## Requirements

*   2+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or a related field, with a proven ability to drive strategic messaging and create compelling content.
*   You have exceptional communication skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts into clear and engaging content. You can influence and collaborate with senior leadership effectively.
*   You have strong writing, editing, and research skills, and are proficient in written and spoken English and German. 
*   You’re passionate about technology and innovation, bringing creativity and curiosity to every project.
*   You thrive in an autonomous environment, taking initiative and working proactively to support your team and achieve goals.
