Tasks

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.

  • Sales Meetings: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products/services, understand their needs, and propose customized solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback from the field to inform business strategy and sales approach.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and optimize customer experience.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate Fresher
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Should be able to negotiate deals
  • Must be able to work in the field.
