Founded by Meagan Cederbaum and Simon Bernhard, Mimo Hospitality is a Swiss hospitality group passionate about creating memorable experiences and strengthening communities worldwide. About ALBA Sourdough Pizza
Located in the vibrant heart of Kreis 3 in Zurich, ALBA Sourdough Pizza is built around craftsmanship, fermentation, and a deep respect for ingredients. Our concept is enriched by the presence of AULUS, our 159-year-old sourdough starter, which represents a living legacy and the foundation of our pizzas.
We work with a unique network of carefully selected producers to help build a more sustainable food system. By importing many ingredients directly from our producers and eliminating middlemen, we ensure exceptional quality, transparency, and consistency in everything we serve.

In addition, we brought ALBA to the festive season with a stand at the Illuminarium Christmas Market, where we also served NY-style pizza slices, adapting our craft to a fast-paced, street-food environment.

Overview
We are looking for a Production Manager starting in March/April 2026 who will play a key role in ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across ALBA’s production and locations. The role primarily focuses on overseeing production operations and logistics, while also spending one day per week working in the restaurant to stay closely connected to service and team dynamics. For candidates with a creative interest, the position also offers the opportunity to contribute to seasonal menu development.
