About ALBA Sourdough Pizza 🍕 ”ALBA Sourdough Pizza” is the first concept of Mimo-Hospitality. Alba means sunrise in Italian, we aim to shed a new light on the outdated notion of pizza-craftmanship. We embrace Italian craftsmanship and have Italian and Neapolitan blood running through our veins, but don't feel the need to conform to anyone's rules to be considered authentic. Authenticity is subjective.

Located in the vibrant heart of Kreis 3 in Zurich, our concept is enriched by the presence of AULUS, our 162-year-old sourdough starter, symbolizing a legacy of craftsmanship. Our unique network of producers plays a crucial role in creating a more sustainable food system. We uphold our commitment to exceptional quality by directly importing ingredients from our producers, eliminating middlemen, and ensuring unparalleled quality.

• Be the face of ALBA: Represent our values with a warm, smiling, and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Reliable Deliveries: Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of orders to our customers.
• Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Team Support: Assist in the restaurant when not on deliveries, including basic prep work, packaging, or supporting colleagues during service.
• Problem Solver: Display a proactive mindset and resolve challenges efficiently to maintain a seamless service experience.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time, maintaining ALBA’s high standards of quality.
