Founder's Associate Intern (AI Focus)

Milano Vice is a digital food startup on a mission to reinvent gastronomy. We started as a virtual brand and now operate our own physical stores, combining digital excellence with real-world experiences. Our goal is to become the leading pizza brand for a new generation of consumers.

As a Founder's Associate Intern (AI Focus), you'll work directly with the founders on one of the most exciting levers of the next decade: integrating AI across all areas of the business. Your job is to monitor and improve existing systems while building new automations that generate real ROI. The internship ideally starts between September and October 2025.

• Identify automation potential across different business units
• Work closely with the leadership team to understand high-impact use cases
• Build and deploy automation workflows using tools like n8n or Zapier
• Independently test, ship, and monitor your automations
• Collaborate with the Founder on other business-critical projects

• You’re deeply interested in AI, automation, and business process optimization
• Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make is a plus
• Basic programming skills (e.g. Python or JavaScript) are helpful but not required
• Startup or high-paced work experience is a plus
• You bring strong initiative, ownership, and a hands-on attitude
• Open to mandatory or voluntary internships (min. 3 months)
