As a product manager at Micropsi Industries, you will shape the success of our product — a groundbreaking, AI-powered robot control system called MIRAI — for selected market segments (i.e., vertical markets). Your task is to orchestrate the roadmap of the verticals and to strategically position MIRAI in those markets using research about our competitive landscape, our partners, and customers’ needs. Ultimately, the chosen candidate will play an integral part in helping Micropsi Industries make robotics more accessible to a broader audience and a wider range of applications. With that, you will be part of the next AI powered robotics mega trend. ## Tasks

*   Understand and synthesize customer needs based on market research, customer visits, analytics, competitive insights, and conversations with our sales team and external partners.
*   Define, manage, and operationalize our verticals strategy in collaboration with the sales team and engineering team.
*   Collaborate with our external partners to define specific use cases, pricing, and product components of the vertical solution.
*   Work closely with the sale team to evaluate and find the right partners to collaborate with for the respective vertical.
*   Identify and prioritize use cases that can have significant market potential for Micropsi Industries.
*   Collect customer and user feedback and loop it into the organization and product features.
*   Define, validate, and refine the roadmap for verticals to improve solutions for automation problems.

## Requirements

*   Product management experience in at least one of the following domains: mobile applications, (physical) technical products, or product enabling for end users.
*   Experience collaborating with developers, engineers, and account executives.
*   Proven interest in the robotics and AI sectors or curiosity to learn more about it. 
*   Analytical thinking and highly structured problem-solving skills.
*   Strategic outlook with a talent for grasping opportunities in growth, new markets, new revenue, and business model potentials.
*   C1 German or better.
*   Excellent presentation skills. 
*   Experience working in fast-paced deep-tech companies.
