## Tasks

*   On-site process support for our CMO
*    Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to optimize performance, quality, and yield
*    Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processes
*    Train and mentor team members on best practices in process engineering and optimization
*    Become the company expert for our manufacturing process at industrial scale and be integral part of our investment project
*    Manage smaller investment projects in our production and at our CMO
*    Ensure safety and compliance in projects, from facilitating governmental approvals to establishing post-construction maintenance plans and vendor standards.

## Requirements

*   You have an academic degree in in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
*    You have 3+ years of work experience in biotech- or chemical production
*    You have proven experience in process optimization and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
*    You love bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic and ambiguous startup environment
*    You have a hands-on personality, team-play-spirit and efficient self-time management
*    Open to travel and spend weeks and months abroad at our production sites (potentially relocation possible)
*    You are passionate about sustainability and eager of being part of a fast-growing startup
*    Understanding engineering in food production environments,
*    Fluent in English, - German, Slovak and/or Portuguese is a plus
