Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Line Verification & Pepsi Project (Project Manager) who will be responsible for overseeing revenue generation for the assigned projects, including Line Verification and Pepsi.
This role involves managing the overall work process as a project manager, as well as serving as the primary contact and key liaison with the client company.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for project management, job delivery as per timeline and KPIs of the project;
- To overlook and manage project operation to understand the project performance, and ensure the effective flow of revenue generation as planned;
- Seeks for opportunities to upsell;
- Troubleshoot issues, provide proactive recommendations to solve problems and to prevent unexpected matters;
- Strengthen relationships with clients to ensure the longlast business partnership;
- Provide reports and business insight from the intelligent analysis to make a sophisticated business decision to enhance operation effectiveness and result;
- Provides monthly reports or reports upon request regarding results, issues, workflow and processes to supervisor and client;
- Attend weekly-monthly meeting and clients;
- Report project performance to management on monthly basis;
- Coordinating with cross functional teams, Sales, Tech support, Account management, Accounting, and HR team to build a seamless collaboration;
- Lead, coach, and manage team members in Line Verification and Pepsi Project.
Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, and project management would be an advantage;
- Have excellent project management, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Team management skill, Strong Organizer, and detailed oriented;
- Have good communication and ‘people skills’;
- Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in Thai;
- English proficiency.
Will be a plus:
- Advanced Excel operation, and analytics skills;
- Project sales, and Project Management experience;
Proficient English Communication skill.
