For our client, an international investment company, we are looking for an

Investment Manager (FinTech & Digital Finance) 100%

Primary location: London (preferred) or Cyprus (relocation options available)

About the role:

We are seeking an Investment Manager to drive our FinTech and digital finance investments across key markets, including the UK, Cyprus, Switzerland, UAE, USA, and emerging regions. You will lead the evaluation, structuring, and monitoring of investment opportunities, working closely with our Corporate Development and Investment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze FinTech projects (PSP, EMI, Open Banking, Blockchain, Digital Payments) and build robust financial models
• Conduct due diligence and prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and execution with internal teams and external advisors
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify value creation opportunities, and contribute to strategic growth
• Track emerging FinTech trends and assess innovative solutions for potential investments

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 5–7 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or Big4 Transaction Advisory/Strategy
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of FinTech business models and regulatory frameworks; basic IT/tech knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English, strategic mindset, high attention to detail, proactive and collaborative
