For our client, an international investment company, we are looking for a

Group Chief Financial Officer (m/f) 100%

to work in Cyprus or the UK, with relocation options available.

About the Role:

The CFO will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, driving the financial strategy of a multi-jurisdictional group. This role covers financial leadership, treasury, reporting, compliance, and M&A, ensuring stability and long-term value creation for shareholders.

• Lead financial strategy, corporate structuring, and capital allocation across ~10 entities.
• Manage liquidity, treasury, and relationships with international banking partners.
• Drive M&A transactions, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance, reporting, and ERP/financial systems implementation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in Cyprus and the UK, as well as other relevant jurisdictions.
• Build and lead an international finance team.

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership, incl. 5+ in Asset/Wealth Management.
• Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional groups, IFRS/US GAAP, and audits.
• Strong background in tax, regulatory environments, and M&A.
• Big4 / Tier-1 consulting experience is an advantage.
• CFA, CPA, or ACCA qualification (mandatory or in progress).
• Fluent English; Russian, French, or German are a plus.
