For our client, an international trading company in the canton Zug, we are looking for:
Back-Office Assistant (m/f/d) 100% (Canton Zug or Zurich)
Aufgaben
- Provide comprehensive administrative and travel support to the Managing Director.
- Manage calendar, meetings, presentations, and communication.
- Coordinate back-office functions and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Perform general office duties and special projects as assigned.
- Home office support, including remote assistance with technical and administrative issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- The position requires occasional travel
Qualifikation
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; proficiency in Russian will be your advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
- EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
