You’ll be responsible for defining a compelling product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams, and maintaining a relentless focus on quality and impact on 'Doers'. Tasks
Product Strategy and Roadmapping:
- Change and update the product roadmap based on usage analytics, customer feedback, business team input, and stakeholder requirements.
- Preparation and compilation of product artifacts, such as the Functional/Feature Ideation Document, Business Requirements Document, Product Requirements Document or any other document that the managers deems fit to improve overall process.
- Work with the Engineering team to understand features and provide clarity, if needed.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, translating them into a manageable product backlog.
- Maintain prioritized backlogs of features, user stories, and errors.
- Support sprint planning by understanding product requirements and changes.
User and Market Research:
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to understand competitor products.
- Conduct interviews to gather user feedback and user testing sessions to gather insights and improve the product.
- Gain a deep understanding of users and customers to identify and fill product gaps, improving user experience and driving growth through demos and other activities.
Data Analysis and Metrics:
- Analyze product metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage and analyze app reviews to capture user sentiment.
- Quantify user feedback to inform bug fixes, UX, and UI improvements for the Product Design & Engineering team.
- Track the Experience function's key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Experience and Process Improvement:
- Identify areas of improvement in customer-facing platforms and pain points in internal processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and collaborate with UX designers and engineers to define solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate between Product, QA, Engineering Team and Stakeholders.
- Manage communications with external partners as needed.
Team Development and Training:
- Onboard and train incoming product associates.
- Support the tech hiring requirements of the company.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in product management within the fintech or technology industry, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to drive product decisions.
- Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation.
