Full Stack Developer (React.js/Next.js & Node.js)

Location: Onsite, Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using React.js/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and perform code reviews.
  Integrate third-party APIs and work on backend logic, database interactions, and performance tuning.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
• Work on both development and debugging of new and existing features.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from planning to production deployment.Contribute to improving internal processes and development practices.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.
• Good understanding of frontend performance, component reusability, and state management.
• Knowledge of modern backend architecture, middleware, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
• Experience working with databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
